• As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will be responsible for attracting new applications from our company supplied leads, real estate professionals and personal contacts.
• Must be able to work independently and research problems and questions as required.
• Opening and processing loan file in Loan Origination Software.
• Pulling and reviewing credit reports.
• Verifying that documentation provided by borrower matches loan application.
• Running loan file through automated underwriting engines as appropriate.
• Collecting all necessary documentation needed to submit loan file.
• Submission of loan files prior to commitment date to investor’s.
• Turning file into closing department clear to close with all necessary documents.
• Communicate with all interested parties status of the loan file.
